DEPENDING ON THE CLIENT'S INTENTION WITH THE TRAINING, SPECIAL NEEDS AND BODY GOALS, THE TRAINING TYPICALLY INVOLVES A FULL BODY FOCUS, CARDIO, INTERVALS BETWEEN DIFFERENT KINDS OF STRENGTH EXERCISES AT HIGH INTENSITY AND LEAN MUSCLE BUILDING.

ALL TRAINING SESSIONS WILL BE HELD IN PRIVATE AND DISCREET SURROUNDINGS IN HELLERUP.
